Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Vid Sharpei plans. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Refunds

If the Service is not working for you, contact us at info@yellowlamp.shop within 14 days of a charge, monthly, annual, or the one-time lifetime purchase, and we will issue a full refund of that charge. Refunds are returned through Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to orders placed at our standard prices. It does not apply to orders placed at a promotional or discounted price, which are final: the reduced price is offered in place of the guarantee. You can still cancel a discounted subscription at any time to stop it renewing, as described in section 2, and this exclusion does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer right you have under the laws of your country.

2. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard, or by asking us at info@yellowlamp.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your players keep working until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. After cancellation or a lapsed plan

Once a subscription ends, embedded players are paused, but nothing is deleted: your videos and player settings are kept and reactivate as soon as you subscribe again.

4. Lifetime purchases

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Bought at the standard price it is covered by the same 14-day refund window as any other charge; bought at a promotional price it is final, as described in section 1.
